Pressure is a speaking-under-pressure training product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Pressure website or app.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address if you join the waitlist or contact us.
In the app, we may collect audio recordings, transcript text, analysis results, device identifiers, and limited diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the product.
The app requests microphone permission so you can record spoken responses during training sessions. Audio is recorded on your device in order to provide the app’s core functionality.
When you complete a speaking rep, audio may be sent to our backend services for transcription. Transcript text may also be processed for feedback, scoring, and training-related analysis.
We use information to operate the website and app, provide transcription and analysis, manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, improve the product, and maintain service quality and security.
We may use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including website hosting, waitlist form processing, backend infrastructure, transcription, and AI-powered analysis.
These providers may process information on our behalf in order to deliver the service.
We aim to minimize stored data where possible. Waitlist or contact submissions may be stored by the services we use to collect them. App-related data may be stored locally on your device or processed through our backend and service providers as needed to provide the product.
We may keep limited technical and diagnostic logs to maintain, secure, and improve the service. These logs may occasionally include short excerpts related to app processing.
You can choose not to join the waitlist. You can also deny microphone permission, but the app’s core speaking and recording features will not work without audio access.
Pressure is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
